1. Firstly, as I am an interviewer, I need prepare well and know more about interviewee’s background. Then build up a good friendship with interviewee. Make him/her feel comfortable.
2. Secondly, use proper sentences or words for referring the questions. During the interview, I want to learn some differences about culture, education, diet, and people’s habits from my country. It might wide my field of vision, and know more interesting stories that I never know.
3. To encounter some interesting topics or different cultures, that is great. I will record them, because it helps me to know more when I want to use new knowledge in my further academic learning.
